| - I treated myself & my sister to a New Year's mani-pedi and couldn't have been more pleased w/ the customer service. Despite the busy rush on the Friday-Before-New-Year's-Eve, Tan, Tammy & their staff, especially Val, were very friendly. Our mani-pedis look great. I also had my underarms waxed. They're not the cheapest nail salon in Strongsville, but we had a coupon for a discount from the North Royalton Town Money Saver for a discounted Spa Pedicure w/ Sugar Scrub Exfoliation. (So it really does pay to check out those Money Savers for more than just pizza coupons.) Check their website for pricing: http://www.ispa7.com/
Spa 7 just opened in this location a little over a month ago (November 2012), so the salon is brand new. The facility is very clean and organized. The bathroom is also clean and nicely decorated, probably the nicest spot in the salon. I was confused about programming the massaging chairs in the pedicure stations. Not the most user-friendly in my experience and a little over-the-top. I prefer comfort over massage. There are an adequate number of active manicure and pedicure stations (approx. 6) and a waxing / aesthetician room.
They also offer full hair and waxing services, which we did not try.
We were in for the holidays and this was our traditional sisters-day-out. We come into town about 4 times a year. Used to go to another nail salon in Strongsville near the mall, which went downhill after the management changed -- very young (maybe high school-aged) staff texting or on personal phone calls, not clean, not professional, poor customer service, sloppy mani-pedis. We've been searching high & low for a new nail salon that welcomes and appreciates our business and, most importantly, focuses on friendly customer service. Spa 7 may just be the ticket. We will definitely come back the next time we are in town.
NOTE: Spa 7 does not accept credit cards. Bring cash.
