  • I made an appointment because of the really good reviews. I came in right after work and I don't know if it's because it was closer to closing time but there were many steps the nail tech skipped that really upset me. I walked in and she sat me down immediately, didn't ask me to wash my hands, didn't clean the nail bed once not even after filing the bed, didn't push back the cuticles, the tools she used had not been cleaned and were reused. I was very upset at the process done. I didn't say anything because I didn't expect the nails to last long to start with, my job makes it very difficult to hold nice nails for too long, anyway. I wish I could say I will be coming back. I will be finding a location where the process is done correctly. On the plus side, they were very friendly and my nail tech was sure to stop when she filed down a little too hard. Perhaps it was the time of day; the tech was tired or it was just an off day, but when I do nails myself, I'm sure to treat each nail as a fragile diamond.
