We arrived on Monday they put us on out of service room the tub had a leak , desk phone was not powering, entry to roof was open exposing the pipes . On Wednesday we requested to have our room serviced the room attendant came in did only the bed and left the trash and food in the room the following day we were full of ants we requested Thursday morning to have our room serviced once again and notified the operator about the ants they came and serviced the room but didn't bother taking care of the ants or having a room change we have 4 kids and that's not very healthy being around ants. Upon departure we spoke to the front desk agent and he apologized and gave us a $25 discount are you kidding me ? It's seems more like a joke at that moment we felt very disappointed we went ahead and spoke to the front desk manager Mr. Tyras he went ahead and help us he managed to remove some charges and comp a night which is a little more reasonable other than that hotel is very nice and elegant despite our disappointment valet was very on point with the service from the morning shift to the graveyard we loved the place definitely coming back
