rev:text	I have to give this clinic props and a BIG THANK YOU! I was cared for with respect and dignity and in an organized timely manner. The front desk staff was very pleasant and efficient. Dr. Vu and RN Steve were great. So many people complain about walk in clinics, but you have to remember that you are coming in to see a Doctor for acute symptoms without making an appointment. I hardly hear people complain about having to wait at Supercuts to get their hair cut, so keep that in perspective. And if you like broke your leg or something go to the ER, duh people!!!! I recently moved here from CA and I don't have a primary care physician set up yet and had to get some medical care. I walked in yesterday but the place was packed, and I had a commitment later in the afternoon. My medical issue needed to be dealt with but I could wait one more night, as I've been lagging on getting it taken care of because I didn't know where to go. I got great advice from someone who suggested to get there before they open at 8am and line up at the door. So i came back today and did that and was in and out in 1 hour! Yay! I got the prescription i needed and got good advice from Dr. Vu. He was very caring and quick, but gave me enough time to listen to my needs. Steve, my Nurse was excellent, took my vitals and gave me enough time to list my medications and medical problems. I didn't feel rushed, just a sense of efficiency. I'm glad I came here. I actually came out of my way to come to this clinic because when I called the front desk staff was very nice on the phone, and when I checked it out yesterday they were really cool and told me that it's ALWAYS super busy. But i confirmed that they could deal with my medical issue and they said they could, and did! Also the waiting room is clean, the triage area is organized and clean, and the exam rooms were clean. If I was super sick, I'd go back and wait even if it was a couple hours.
