| - This review by Auzair Maiwand. shows that he/she has no idea what he/she is talking about, as he/she was not involved in the process at all. I am the seller of the Queensridge house he/she is referring to and am Lebanese so I can assure you they have nothing against people of Middle Eastern heritage, as you and your parents are. Eileen and Dave were great and helped me sell this house in a very difficult market. They did nothing unethical, including with your parents. Your MORTGAGE BROKER shopped your loan to the wrong lender who DENIED YOU AND YOUR PARENTS the loan because one of the parties was out of state (California) which was contraindicated with the loan your broker was trying to get for you. Also, you and your family waited until the last minute to lock in an interest rate, which further delayed the loan, which is why you DID NOT HAVE LOAN DOCUMENTS ON THE CLOSING DAY (MARCH 25th). When your family and realtor asked for an extension, I was going to allow it IF they would release the earnest deposit money, as there was no guarantee they would get the loan from another lender and I had 3 other cash buyers wanting to close immediately. YOUR PARENTS REFUSED TO DO THIS and therefore they lost the house since escrow had EXPIRED, despite a very long escrow period. You need to get your facts correct before you spew this nonsense on Yelp and malign a very reputable and ethical company like Urban Nest Realty. Eileen and Dave were great and went above and beyond what I could have asked for in a very difficult market where most people are not getting approved for loans, like Auzair's parents. The house is now sold and you guys ultimately lost out because of your own mistakes, the mistakes of your realtor, and the mistakes of your mortgage broker. I have a feeling your realtor/broker lied to you and made you think it was Urban Nest's fault. I encourage you to contact me outside of Yelp, as I could give you even more details as I've saved all of the documentation. You are the ones who should not be working with your realtor (Maryann).
