  • Seriously not impressed. So first off I had gone in for my orientation 3 weeks in advance and made my reservation for around Christmas time. Of course I double check to make sure they had my reservation down; they said yes, during this consultation I make sure to tell them my dog needs to be kept separate from other dogs. I call a few days before to confirm my reservation, they lost it and it never got put in. So I go in for my reservation and one of the ladies says to me, something and ends it with "well she just made her reservation yesterday" so I made sure to correct her. And again over the phone I made sure they knew not to put my dog in with other dogs, they had been told multiple times not to put her with other dogs. What do they do? Put her in the yard with other dogs. This is a German shepherd we're talking about, so not only did they put my dog, but all the other dogs in a very dangerous situation. So seriously not impressed with the level of organization this business had. Would never ever leave my dog to board with them again. And would never recommend this place to anyone
