  • If I could rate this place than a star I would. DO NOT COME HERE. Especially GCU STUDENTS. It sounds like a great price but the hassle is not worth it. Picking up my belongings it's suppose to be easy right you come and tell them you're ready to pick up your stuff but no we waited 2 hours for them to open up our storage. Then they wanted us to pay an additional 20 dollars just to get back into the place again. Don't call in either, they put your name at the bottom of the list. Owner Bob shows no desire for customer service & doesn't know how to work a computer. Bobbi the female sits behind the desk the whole time and has no desire to get the first person in here as well. DO NOT COME HERE. PLEASE.
