  • I bought my new carbon fiber giant bicycle a couple days ago from Sonoran cycles. Best price in town i checked with 4 other shops and Sonoran was the best 200 dollars less. Customer service was very good except for one guy but the others were excellent so i will ignore. Eddie, Willy, Colter all great guys made me feel comfortable and helped me out with setting the bike up and being patient. Im 50 years old and have no problem with money or spending it. Its the customer service that makes the difference. I spent an additional 400 dollars in this shop because of the employees i could have easily gone somewhere else.
