I have been to Bricktops three times and each time gets better than the last. This restaurant is very popular with a great vibe, great food, and friendly service.
To save you time, start with the deviled eggs appetizer. I ordered the eggs because I have never seen a restaurant brave enough to add a dish that is best remembered from a church potluck - what's next ... tater Tots casserole? However, I was rewarded not only with tasty eggs, but with a candied bacon (they call millionaire's bacon) that literally had me fighting my clients for the last piece.
We also ordered the Shangri-la roll which is a combination a spicy roll, a California roll, and a rainbow roll. I don't care what you combine as long as it is delicious.
The last two times I have ordered the Chilean Sea Bass with a miso soy marinade. You can't go wrong here and it is buttery as the best sea bass I have had, but my table mates steaks also looked amazing.
We finished off with a chocolate chip cookie which is served warm in a cast iron pan with some ice cream on top.
Definitely check out Bricktops if you can get a table.
