  • We are new service customers and would like to express our appreciation for the work Earl Miller performed in our behalf. My wife recently purchased a 2011 XK coupe that needed rear brakes, a spare key, and a short list of minor fixes. The appointment booking process was painless, and scheduled to be as convenient as possible, given the traffic flows between N. Scottsdale and Ahwatukee...where we live. The thing we appreciated most about Earl's service was his excellent communication. He listened and made note of the things we were concerned about...and didn't miss any. He called twice to provide status updates and to express his concern about a delay, due to a component that had to be ordered. We picked up the car today. The brakes work well and all the minor fixes we asked to be addressed were taken care of...and then some. The locking wheel lug nut was back in its place with the spare tire; always a concern that it might be forgotten. And the spare key/programming works like it should. We will say that the cost of a spare key is breath-taking... So, we thank you and Earl for the great service.
