  • I'm normally a fan of this hotel because of their homey settings in EACH room unlike other hotels you have to pay for a special set up like that. If you have kids: My experience was the hotel staff scolding & yelling at my child (along with other guests kids) for being too loud swimming in the pool. This matter could have easily been solved if he would've talked to the parents, that's why we sit out there, to supervise. If there's a problem, come tell the only adults sitting out there and not yell at children. A suggestion for management: Change your pool hours if you don't want joyful kids playing at 11 o'clock at night. Also... the pool is in the middle of EVERY guests room (design flaw)
