Ok so I am totally biased since I grew up in ny/nj area with tons of bagels. We had the everything bagels one with lox and one with egg, cheese, and bacon. First, the place looks like the bagel joints back home and everything is pretty classic. The flavoring on the everything is spot on, seasoning on both sides. I kind of felt that the inside wasn't chewy enough? I'm kind of used to a chewy huge bagel. Overall, it hit the spot but wasn't exactly like home.
