  • Garbage, Garbage, Garbage. TWC will lie to you to keep you as a customer and then no provide the promise ($150 visa card). They take forever to cancel, don't listen to their customer and then they BRAG about no contract. That NO CONTRACT is CRAP because it allows TWC to increase your bill whenever they want. They don't abide by their verbal contracts. TWC cares more about their board of directors than the customers. ATT just came to my neighborhood and I couldn't leave fast enough. TWC is GARBAGE
