  • Ok. So i want to first by saying that this review does not reflect anything at all on the salespersons that have tried to assist me with the purchase of my new Toyotas. I have purchased three Toyotas from Premier Toyota and attempted this past week to purchase my fourth. I should have known better as all three previous times I worked with Premier Toyota I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but the sales management has been so conniving and sneaky during the whole purchasing process that has been nothing less than a nightmare. The previous purchase we had it was so bad that they try to even take a 15,000 mile lease make a handshake deal on it and agreed to the numbers but when it came down to financing, the paperwork said 12,000 and they would not honor their deal. Again, this has nothing to do with the salesperson themselves, that it makes me want to steer everyone away from this horrible dealership. The most recent time, was last week and the numbers looked great until it came down to betrayed an of our previous lease.They did everything under the sun to try to justify purchasing a Toyota over another brand. The even went as far as making fun of the car that we purchased that we were very excited about. I guess that they did not want our 50K. So Ford got it instead. Stay away from these CROOKS! Yes I said it CROOKS! I am shocked that they have stayed in business as long as they have with the reputation that they gave developed in the community. Of course you wanted to sell me the highlander and let the other dealership do all the work on the trade in. If you were part of my sales process, you would exactly know why I say crooks. I am more than happy to discuss this with the Regional Toyota Sales Representative but nobody at Premier. This has happened 3 times that I did business with you and that was the final straw. The lease only wife's Prius last time was the most unprofessional deal ever. Your sales manager at the time names "Major" had to chase after is in the parking lot to try to save the deal. The deal pricing changed more than a half dozen times and even the sales people and sales managers told us that fords were a piece of junk. We lease and they are under warranty so we don't care. Truly a very unprofessional dealership. Shocked it's still open.
