  • Just plain rude! Called over the phone to schedule a free estimate for automotive frame damage and inspection. The gentleman on the phone was very crass and just give me a one word answer, "No." No further explanation or offering any help to solve my automotive problem. I'd expect better customer service from a reputable collision center. Please don't be rude to your future/prospective customers.
