  • The first room they gave us was unacceptable. Even though it was in the newer part of the hotel, the room was very, very basic with laminate floors, old furniture, no view and the hallways smelled of cleaning product. It reminded me of a dorm room. We went back to front desk to explain that we booked a view and expected a much bigger, nicer room. They were able to accommodate us and what a difference. The room was beautiful. Huge room with a great view of the Bellagio fountains. Switch operated sheers and drapes. A stereo with USB ports for your phone. Large closet and coffee maker. Nice pink bathroom with separate tub and shower. The shower even had separate jets that hit your back and there was a TV built into the bathroom mirror. The room made our trip! Avoid rooms in the Habitat tower and ask for a room in the Spa tower.
