  • Tonight was the second time my wife and I plus some friends have been to Harem. Let me start out by saying our first time, about 3-4 weeks ago, seemed great. At the time we didn't know the prices on anything as we were treated by other members of our party. Tonight 6 of us went for some Hookah after bowling, when got there they did accommodate us by finding some seating and asking a few other patrons to relocate. Problem with that is the big lounge seater they had set up in our section was soaking wet from the misters that were on earlier in the day. It took about 15 Minutes before one of the 3 employees came to ask for our order(Of which they still don't have drink menu's for alcoholic beverages). It then took about 30-40 minutes for the Hookah to actually arrive at our table. If we asked for anything the turn around time was probably a good 10 minutes. The price for the Hookah was misleading, $25 +2 Refills specifically stated on the menu, to them that means the initial bowl + one refill, not cool. One of my party asked for a Lemon Drop Martini, which apparently they didn't have any Lemon so they made it with Lime. They also made it with Grey Goose without asking. The shoddily made not full martini ended up being $17. Want a shot of Kahlua added to something? $7 a shot. An Iced Coffee ended up being $18.50 with two shots, this was prior to knowing how much each shot was because, you guessed it, no menu's. Now most places you can kind of guesstimate how much a drink will be. We were shocked when we got the bill for this place. Never before have I seen prices like that for drinks, we all were absolutely floored. I love the ambiance of the place but the service needs to fixed and the prices lower and made clear to the customer.
