  • Really, REALLY slow. I've been here for almost 2 1/2 hours waiting to do a drug screen (pee in a cup). They have no way of knowing how long the wait is. The staff seems friendly, but I haven't seen anyone go out of their way to help anyone. Just a bad way to run a business in my opinion. If you HAVE to come here, do not "walk in". Make an appointment online. The downside of that is there are no appointments available for about two weeks!
