  • The 1 star is because I can't give 0, AND the location is very nice. seriously... terrible. I have no more words than that. There's ants and cockroaches, good luck getting maintenance. The front staff is honestly the rudest humans I've ever dealt with, I felt like they were extremely bitchy every time I was in there. The bad part is they even made moving out a hassle. They claimed we didn't give them move out notice (we did - the e-mail on their website was INCORRECT - which somehow became my fault). When I sent them copy of my e-mail to the correct one they still tried to get us with late fees and the response I got was "you didn't double check we got your e-mail?? I would." ..... c'mon now. ANYWAYS, after sorting all that out they unknowingly took us off our auto-withdrawal for our last month (it normally came out between the 3-6th of each month) and hit us with an eviction notice and late fees on the 5th, mind you of our last month. So they CALLED THE NEW APARTMENT WE WERE MOVING TO AND SAID WE REFUSED TO PAY, so we almost lost the lease and payments to our new apartment. ALSO, I left my coffee pot in the sink :( brand new coffee maker. I called and called and called to come get it back IN ADDITION to the security deposit (they still owe us) and no answer. I get heated every time I think of this place, it's the front staff. They are terrible. in short, RUN RUN FAR AWAY.
