  • I think that it's very unprofessional for this manager who sits on Yelp and argues with people about the experience they had. What a joke. And you sir will be the demise of this establishment. We told our server that the food had no taste. Seeing how there was two servers serving us. Maybe you asked the one we said nothing to. It was about half eaten because it was very late and going somewhere else just wasn't going to happen when I had to be up at 6:00am the next morning. You have such a poor way of "fixing the situation". I will never return to this establishment. Ever. And like I said. The way you handle complaints is so unethical. You mistaking my fiancĂ© for joking? That's insane. It was a negative comment and you should have investigated right then and there. I didn't finish the food. And being in the industry. I know that if the customer finished their food and still complained. That their trying to get free food. That sir was not the situation at all. For you to sit there and explain yourself in the matter you did. Like I said. So UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I wonder if the owners of this establishment knows how their manager handles these yelp situations. You sir should probably find a job where you sit in a room. With 0 interaction with humans. Because you suck at it.
