| - I have waited a week to calm down and not send any complaints. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, Downtown Cleveland, July 28-31, 2016. The bed was terrible. I complained 3 times. Yes, I received 1 free breakfast. But that is not my point. THE BED, is a air mattress bed. It would not hold air, so we would sink down to the bottom, lying in a well. The desk said to turn the dial to firm. We did. If we were not in bed it would inflate to "firm" , but to lie in it you would sink. So for three (3) nights my wife would sleep across the head board and I would sleep at the foot of the mattress. There were no other rooms, to move to. Each day we complained, they said they would send someone to check it out. They did just like we discovered the mattress, would fill with air. BUT as soon as you lie in it, within 15 minutes you were then lying is a hole. So folks dot stay here.
