  • This office is the Worst. The Orthodontist might be capable but the office has no common sense. We paid half the balance($1890) 3 months ago and the other half was going to be paid by the other grandfather for the braces. They have called 7 different times regarding the other half of the payment. My wive speaks to 1 person in the office and tells them the other half ( which is not even due) would be paid may 30. Then my daughter goes in for a tightening and they refuse to see (she's crying at this point) her until we call the office. My wife works for a call center and cannot call out but they didn't care. So finally my wife calls and tells Beverly the same thing she told the other lady that the rest of the $ will be paid by May 30. Beverly states that we must have gotten our communication crossed. They don't apologize to my daughter or me or my wife. These braces will be in my daughter for at least another 18 months but instead of paying monthly we will have paid in full by May 30. Even though we just had them put on. a couple of months ago they hounded us like we were criminals. We chose them because of the dentist reputation but nothing worth what we have gone through with them. The office just cares about the $ not about the kids and the other patients. The first thing they say when u check in is do u have the payment. We tell them the same answer but a different person next time or on the phone states do u have the payment. Please do yourself a favor and stay away at all cost(pun). Unless u take a lot of anxiety meds.
