rev:text	I was referred this company for a family party recently and the owner that I spoke to and coordinated things with was wonderful, prompt and helpful. The bounce house was a huge hit the children loved it! Sadly though when time came for two men to pick it up after unplugging it and starting to fold it they accused us of putting duct tape on two holes near the top where a weak twig of a tree they claimed tore the tough material it was made of. A tall boisterous man wouldn't even speak kindly to us he began calling his coworker that set it up telling him our tree cut it and asking if the holes were there when they set it up earlier. Meanwhile we're looking at the cured duct tape adhesive that had to have been there for days it was not even close to hot enough for our supposed tape to cure into the material. Long story short I asked to have the bounce house blown up again to show me exactly how this happened, one of the men agreed yet the taller man seemed annoyed and as we guessed once fully blown up the holes are no where near the tree. No apology for the attitude or the disruption it caused since our party was still going on and all of a sudden the paperwork he was referring us to which read $4000 if we damage the thing is no longer even presented. The taller guy unplugs it rushes out the door saying " we're all good" and zooms off. BE CAREFUL using this place im guessing people become intimidated and shell out cash but they didn't scam us and the 20-30 families at our party as well As us won't be using them again because of just one particular employee. As a business owner I hate to see this happen but one bad seed can ruin a business.
