This place is hard to describe as it looks like it was designed by about 8 different people who all had completely different way of thinking. You have some sections were the parking is underground and where you can walk between the different shops. That is actually the part that is not that bad. Then you have the rest. Where it becomes the cars way. You need a car to do 2 different stores because of the distance between the 2.
Someone said in their review that it was an American type of mall but having been to a couple of malls in the U.S.A, I can safely say that this is not like the ones I've seen there. Their outlets are centered on walking between the shops and not on using the car to go between 2 shops.
To go back to the dix 30, even the stores are nothing special. Not different from what you would see anywhere else. All in all, not worth going there by car because of the hassle of dealing with the other bad drivers and not that easy to go by public transit. So in other words, don't go there.
