I am usually an addict for chipotle, I love coming here and seeing the smiling employees, unfortunately the last visit wasn't that well. I booked my order online and received a confirmation. Double checked the address and the store to make sure I went to the correct location and I did. When I walked in, was greeted. And went to the counter, I was told they didn't receive my order and assured me that I did it wrong and was sent to the wrong location possible on thunderbird. Customer service wise, my order was made after waiting on two people, but when it comes to customer service standpoint don't argue with the customer. I will continue to come to this location, but maybe someone should look into the ordering service online
