  • The Westin hotel was on par with what you would expect from the best of Starwood. The reason I'm posting is the lobby bar/restaurant. Everything that came out of the kitchen for brunch looked fantastic including my Benedict. Huge shout out to Ellen for handling the crowd with a smile and then remembering me by name hours later. She was super professional and attentive. I'd recommend the property to anyone visiting Cleveland.
