  • This is a horrendous resort. I will never be staying here with my family again. My parents purchased a timeshare here and thank GOD that they have a 5 day cancellation because this place is not accomadating, The staff is rude, and they honestly just want your money and not worried about your happiness. Rushed to check out and understandably they are at "100%" occupancy today. For a resort that wants your business they dont seem to want to accomadate you at all. Now this is the part that pisses me off; since there is no accomadation my parents decided against the timeshare so they called their rep Kent, I believe, to cancel it. He was RUDE on the phone and when my parents told them that they would like to cancel he laughed and said you arent going to be happy anywhere else. Now let me tell you, I work in customer service and never in my life have I ever taken a training course that allows you to treat customer this way and if this is the way that you treat your timeshare holders, you guys will definitely not have my service nor my parents service here ever again. Definitely DO NOT recommend. Tahiti Village I will absolutely be happy somewhere else.
