  • This gym has absolutely the worst customer service I have ever been to. Every time I go to use the sauna they tell me it's closed and not working. Then today the two people "working" on the sauna began talking about me behind my back because they though I couldn't speak Spanish. Being completely fluent I understood full well that they had been making fun of the fact people couldn't use the sauna! I top of this occasion, I had once gone in to inquire about personal training and the moment they realized that I was hesitant because of price they immediately stopped caring about my goals and attended to other people who they could get money from. The pricing is absolutely horrendous. If you're looking for a gym membership I highly recommend Fitness Works on Gilbert and Germann. They'll sign you up for only $10 each month! Never come to 24 Hour Fitness, they don't care about their customers.
