  • I'm honestly surprised to not see any good reviews on here for AH4R. I get most "property management" places have a bad rep and as a long term renter I have had my share but as my year lease with them comes to an end I truly couldn't be much happier. My experience from the beginning has been great, docusign for my lease (which I see one reviewer had negative comments on- I use in business often and it's a completely legal and efficient use of document signing), Kevin the inspector was great at move in. I cannot say enough about the customer service agents that answer the 800 number and the maintenance coordinators! They are so nice, thorough and genuinely some of the best customer service I receive from a business, and that is my business. I have a designated person I've always emailed with any questions or issues and she responds promptly every time. I need a larger home with less crazy neighbors or I would for sure stay where I'm at. I'm definitely looking for other homes owned by AH4R first in my rental search. Fingers crossed!
