| - Terrible customer service! When I dropped my dogs off, I didnt leave with much confidence in the staff. They definately gave me the impression that they are in it for the money-not for the love of animals-which i have had the pleasure of experiencing elsewhere. I had a friend pick my dogs (2 of them) up the day I returned home as I was flying in after the pick up time and was anxious to see them. The resort has the usual policy that if your pets are there longer than 3 nights there is a manditory exit bath. This I understand and am used to. However, when I got home to my dogs, neither of them were bathed, and oddly enough I had been charged for 1 bath. (better, I suppose, than being charged for 2 baths I didnt get). Also, they didnt send back the leftover food which was beyond irritating considering that one of my dogs is on perscription food that costs $70+ for a 15 lb bag! Their lack of providing services that I was charged from makes me doubt whether or not my dogs were actually taken out the amount of times per day I was promised. When it comes to quality care for my pups, I am willing to spare no expense, but when I am over-charged for terrible service, it disgusts me! Also, they nickle and dime you here. They will take your pets out for bathroom breaks, but if you want them to play ball with your dog, that is an extra charge, or if you want your dogs to visit the resort's water park, that too is an extra charge. There are plenty of other pet resorts in phoenix. Since you live in a place where there are options, do yourself, your pets and your bank account a favor and take your business elsewhere!
