  • I have a love/hate relationship with Best Buy. I've experienced shady sales practices, misinformed sales people who don't know their own return policies, and lengthy wait times. I came to return somethign and waited in line at the Customer Service area. I then waited some more. Then I felt like, hey, why don't I wait even longer because it's oh so fun. There was NOBODY at the counter. I had to go hunt someone down and ask for assistance. I waited again and finally got someone to help me. This wasn't a Saturday afternoon where they were slammed, this was a random Tuesday at 11 am. Come on now.
