  • HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went in today ready to drop major money on hair products. I asked a sales rep to help me find some products that would work best with my hair. The sales rep proceeded to tell me how bad my hair was and that basically there is nothing they could do for me. She then told me to stop dying my hair. I don't dye my hair. After telling her that, the rep told me that she thinks I do dye my hair. So now I'm a liar? I will NEVER give them my business ever again.
