Kellen, one of the managers, went above and beyond for me today. The product I needed had been discontinued, but he still turned the store upside down to find me what I needed. When he came up empty handed, he offered me a temporary solution, which involved test-running a similar product, and wound up being quite time-consuming. He also gave me the direct number to call to see if the manufacturer could ship one to me as a permanent solution. I really appreciated that he cared about my needs over giving the company the business.
The end result wound up being even better. Seth, one of the sales associates, wound up finding EXACTLY what I needed somehow, so I was able to give Best Buy my business. Even better, Kellen price matched the discontinued product, which was the very last one in the store, and saved me about $30.
I'm beyond impressed with how helpful these two guys were today, and not only has Best Buy received my lifelong business, but I will go out of my way from now on to go to the Ray Rd. store to see these guys. They're the definition of what customer service should be! Thanks again to those two!
