rev:text	Main sign outside the building makes you think you are walking in to the Nevada SPCA, you can see the "low cost" in big letters, it turns out to be a regular vet clinic once you walk in, and the SPCA is somewhere else in the building.... no that much problem so far, we asked cost to vaccine a cat, we where told $50. a little bit expensive compare to non profits, but we where there already and we set appointment for next day... after vaccines we get charged $105... the extra was a physical examination that no one told us or asked about it... I don't know if they are good but this is my first bad impressions and I'm not coming back here. don't want more surprises. Update... I reached them on Facebook and explain the same situation, they offered to refund the amount of the physical. I appreciate the costumer service effort. bumping from 1 star to 3
