  • Overall Positano has been five stars. Most of the time it's quiet, clean and the neighbors are nice. Apartment living isn't for everyone and it takes individual tenant consideration for a perfect situation. But really who has perfect neighbors all around?? However what the complex can control is what gives them five stars. The office is attentive, maintenance staff the friendliest I've encountered and all issues addressed. They really do what they can and even extend themselves when needed. Patti the office manager always returns all of my emails and calls and is a very reasonable person. However she protects her community and is tough so if you're a rule breaker you might not like her! She and the staff have had to be diligent on getting on tenants for some issues but it's only for the better of the entire community. I respect that. Thanks Positano for not just being a rent collector and caring about my stay!
