  • Really poor customer service here. Can't really say if they're intelligible or just incompetent. Ordered my glasses online over a month ago and I've not received them so I tracked the package and it's been sitting in this facility for quite some time. I decided to come and pick it up, so I give the worker my information and tracking number. After the third time repeating the tracking number to him, he says "this number is way too long, you don't have any other number I can use?' It felt like he was blaming me for complicating his life with a tracking number that I didn't even choose... he then continues to say 'I only know as much as you do' which didn't really help me, but more so waste 20min of my life. His attitude was very nonchalant and sassy, last thing anyone needed to deal with after a long wait in line. This is not my first rodeo with poor customer service here, it's every time and it's a shame since it's the closest postal office to my home. If you could avoid stopping by here, you should for your own good.
