| - I came in about 2-3 days ago, interested in a 2013 chevy cruz(45,000 miles) that i found online (cargurus.com) listed for 10,000$. i get there, test drive it, everything was going good until they realized that i wanted to buy the car cash and not finance it. i know that cars from dealerships come with taxes, fees, etc. Shane told me it would be approximately 1,995$ but wasnt too sure so he went to confirm with the sales manager (i believe his name was thomas). he then came out about 5 -10 minutes later saying that the used car retails at 18,000$ brand new but they could do 15,000$ if i buy it cash. They then said they could "hook me up" if i finance it for 14,000$. (i dont know what sense that makes but ok) remind you the car has nearly 50,000 miles on it. i told shane that i didnt get how it went from a listed 10,000$ to 15,000 and that they would penalize me 1,000$ for paying cash. So he brought Thomas out (the sales manager) and right away i could tell he was not taking me seriously like i was a litle kid or something. He pretty much told me that if i didnt want to finance it, it would be 15,000$ and he threw his card at me across the table. long story short if i were you, i wouldnt try and buy a car from this place. they take you as a joke and tell you to keep moving. Im sure other dealerships will happily take my money.
