  • The newest challenger for the best ramen in Las Vegas puts itself up there to potentially dethrone Monta as my personal favorite. We ordered: Shio Ramen - Very clean chicken broth with subtle flavor Tonkotsu Ramen - The classic ramen flavor done very well Chashu Don - So bomb. Worth getting every single time. All in all this place is a very solid and a great addition to ramen in Las Vegas. While it didn't outright blow me away the first time it did leave me wanting more and will definitely be returning back soon!
