The employees could use a lot more training in making the drinks. They also need training in taking orders. I ordered the large iced Machta tea and it came as a small and full of milk. It tasted like milk. Good thing my gate was right there so I could run back to make them correct it as my plane was boarding. The lady making the drink was not nice. I think she was stressed from not knowing what she was doing. The cashier who messed up on taking the order was nice, but that won't help if it makes me late for my flight. The third girl there who was "working" seemed useless. I think all she was doing was restocking their inventory and couldn't multi task. Should have gone to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf that was right around the corner I think. I hope corporate sees this and sends them more training help. Forgot to also mention that the lady making the drinks told me they changed the recipe on drink when I asked why it wasn't sweet and tasted like only milk. She said they don't put syrup in it anymore. She wasn't nice about it either. I am not sure how I was suppose to know this to ask them to add the syrup...I have been ordering this drink for a while...
