Total chaos order taker was lost, confused and obviously new or unfamiliar with her position. A frustrated manager in the back looked angry and was barking orders while scrambling to work the line, borderline rude to costumers. Cashier then gave me a Latte frap instead of an Iced Latte. This experience was awkward and uncomfortable to watch my first and last time at this location. Get a clue your job is costumer service if your in the weeds fine, keep cool but don't project your anger on costumers when its you who's in over your head, epic fail.
