  • Nice stuff, friendly and helpful staff. I don't like that you pretty much have to buy what they have on hand. Other stores we went to, we could choose the style of chair, fabric, etc. They only had 3 chairs that we wanted, and in order to get the same chairs sent over from another of their stores, they had to get approval and we had to pay a transfer fee?? Most places would transfer it over themselves so this practice had me a bit confused. I haven't shopped for furniture in a while so I may be mistaken but this just seems like bad customer service policy. Anyway, we found a beautiful table and chairs and some cool stools. They have a cool delivery system app that lets you track when your delivery will arrive on the set date. I don't like the one year warranty policy as other stores we went to did offer longer and even lifetime warranties. I'll update once furniture arrives if necessary. Their prices were better than other places and they had an awesome sale on dining tables/chairs (30%off)....yay for us!
