  • Pain management? This place is an absolute joke. All they can do is prescribe you pills or shoot some Cortizone in you. The doctor literally told me those were my only options before checking mobility or anything at all with my issue of pain. Extremely rude staff. The first "doctor" I saw didn't even look at me when she came in the room. When she walked in I stood up and went to introduce myself by holding my hand out. She opened the door, looked at her desk in the corner and said date of birth right after I said hello my name is Joe. She did not even take a split second to make eye contact with me. I felt like a number. Definitely felt like they do not care about the clients that are coming in at all. I stood there with my hand out waiting for her to walk up and introduce herself to me and when she noticed I didn't respond to the date of birth question she looked at me finally. Then she stood up and said oh did I not introduce myself? Worst bedside manners I've seen in a facility. As soon as we started talking I would be quiet and let her speak and when it would come time for me to explain the answer to the question she just asked she would talk over me every time. I literally had to tell her stop doing that that's not very respectful. I'm not speaking louder out of turn so don't interrupt me. I eventually had to get the main doctor to come in so I can have an actual conversation with someone Now for what's really upsetting me about the place. They ordered an MRI of my neck and I've been waiting for a week and a half for the doctor to sign off on it. The doctor that needs to sign off is the exact same doctor that requested the mri. After a week and a half of waiting I called them and they told me the doctor will get to it when he can. The guy only prescribes pills and shoots people with Cortizone so what's taking them so damn long? They definitely showed that they were upset when I didn't want a prescription of pills I'm sure it's because that's how they get paid. I will never go here again and to call this place pain management is the biggest joke I've ever heard. They should change the name to the Band-Aid clinic or the pill emporium. If you really want to get better do not come here!
