  • I have tried Honor Health three times with my husband. If I could give them zero stars I would. Today we spent five minutes with the MA. Dr. Pham came in and told us we had ten minutes. The doctor ordered a medication that was contraindicated for people with glaucoma. My husband has lost an eye, and his remaining eye has glaucoma. When we found out that it could cause his remaining eye to possibly go blind from the medicine, we called the doctor on call. Dr. Williams. An hour after we called, we called again, still nothing. Finally two hours later Dr. Williams finally calls and is immediately condescending to me. He called me sweetie and dear... just gross. My husband is a veteran and I try to describe to him that he only has one eye. He hangs up on me!!! He called back, was belligerent again, hung up on me again!! That time he was slurring his words. He sounded drunk. Called me a third time finally prescribed something else, then hung up again!! As I've said, this isn't the first time we've tried Honor health and Dr. Williams and Pham. Each time something goes terribly wrong, they rush my husband through and show little regard for his disabilities. That place has something wrong internally. I'm never ever entrusting them to care for my family. They don't care for people its an assembly line, with drunk doctors. Do walk away from this place. Run!! I'm calling corporate.
