  • What you might save in cost you pay for in headaches and poor service. We reserved a car at this location online and tried to call several times to confirm, however there was never an answer. When we showed up to pick up our reservation, the representative simply told us that there were no cars available. In fact there was a list of about 8 people who had reservations but would not be getting a car that day. She kept pointing to the list to show us that we were nearly at the bottom, as if that explained the situation. She then made a quip that "you must have made your reservation on some online site..." and asked us to step aside so she could help these people (pointing to the names ahead of us on the reservation list). We asked if she could call the airport dollar rent a car location to see if our reservation could be honored there and were told that they weren't the same company and she didn't have the time. We ended up having to taxi to another rental company down the street where everything was extremely smooth and professional. Will never use this company, much less this location again. Good luck
