This so called hotel is awful and has really bad customer service. The front desk is always slow. The front desk manager, Raul is very rude and unprofessional. Very unfriendly. But I must give a good credit to Mr. Paul Lee who was very polite and friendly. I was very pleased with his service.
This hotel is very outdated and needs a major renovation STAT! The carpets and the walls are so dirty and old. The rooms are terrible with outdated carpets, and old and rusty doors. Washroom floors were stained and old.
I only stayed at this outdated Hotel for one night and i checked out the next day. They kept on sending me emails with different receipts with different amounts. I didn't even have lunch there but they charged me $46 anyway. I called several times and they said they were sorry but after that they kept on charging my visa and dropping the charges 6 times!!
As a local person who lives in Toronto, I am very ashamed that, this is how we represent our city! Shame!
