  • Best Buy you're failing to keep your customers....I went in to purchase a screen protector for my phone. The Zagg screen cover was $5 more than what Zagg was selling it for on-line. However, I wanted my phone protected sooner than later so I purchased it. Then the store employee said Best Buy now charges $8 to place the screen on???? The only reason I go into Best Buy is to look at the item...Then I buy it cheaper on-line on places like Amazon. Best Buy warranties are horribly expensive, I use Square Trade now.
