  • Worst experience at a Dutch Bros yet!! I had to wait an extra 10 min for the person next to me to order because her order taker pressed the "place holder" button and mine did not. This on top of the other 15 min in line with only a few cars in line, total. Then my order was wrong. The drinks I did get, two different drinks, taste exactly the same. The Dutch Bros Co. should be disappointed and embarrassed of this location, independently owned or not. Closer to home or not, I will continue to drive out of my way to get to one that knows how to provide customer service and make their drinks. I'm embarrassed that I tipped, but that's what you get from a company that asks for a tip before you get your order. I won't be doing that anymore, no matter which one I go to.
