  • While in Toronto this is my hotel of choice, I visit the city about 6-8 times per year. The hotel is well placed in realtion to the business district and central town (shopping backing onto the Eaton Mall and restaurants). Staff are friendly and attentive. Rooms nice size and if you luck out may get an attached-living room, always clean (a negative is the $16 wi-fi per day OUCH). Fitness room is 24 hours. Concierge room is downstairs breakfast and early evening snacks are good. In house bar is pretty nice. Look and feel of the hotel is preety upmarket. Nice spot looking forward to my next stay.
