| - Horrible take out! We tried this place for the first time tonight, excited to try to find a good local spot for some thin crust pizza. We live less than two miles from here and by the time it got home, the food was crap.
Both pizzas were soggy and cold, we had to heat them in the toaster oven to make them even edible. The pizza itself does taste okay, but does not give you that delicious flavor and crisp you would imagine it should. The worst part was the fried zucchini! They are very thin, long, and not enough batter (which did taste like a good batter). Once again we had to recook our food that we just had got since every piece was so soggy and gross. Majorly disappointed as they did taste good, but were not even remotely firm or crispy. Even the cannoli was a bit of a let down. While the filling is very delicious, the pastry itself is very hard, crunchy, and only had cream on the ends.. maybe it is old? I love cannolis but have never had one this hard!
Sadly this did not live up to the hype we heard. Things sounded so mouth watering, and the company's photos surely drove us to order, but in all honesty nearly any major chain franchise can make a better thin crust and I have made better frozen pizza and zucchini in my own oven. Guess we will have to keep on searching for a good local thin crust!
