Hard to trust as their schedules vary wildly and the "live bus tracking through the app" doesn't work (which they are well aware of and don't seem interested in). This is disappointing because they don't attempt to deliver the same service they advertise.
Bus stops are sometimes marked with a big red sign- but at least half are not. One of the hotel stops changed months ago when it was bought out but this is not updated anywhere.
Not being able to track the buses *the primary reason I trusted using them for a full day of on/off transit* means you wind up sitting at stops, usually in direct Las Vegas sunlight, without any idea whether it will be 5 or 50 minutes before your ride arrives. This is both frustrating and cuts way into your touring day.
Also wasting your time is that the brochures, website and app all show 2 seperate (blue, red) daytime routes - which is mighty convenient as you can loop the 1/2 of the city that you want to. This doesn't exist.
All buses take the long loop to all stops. This extends the return trip quite a bit if you planned your trip based on the promised two routes/shorter loops.
The drivers tell you there is a half hour between buses but they don't have actual scheduled times. At this moment I am sitting at a spot, where I have been for 50 minutes.
I was dropped off, then out the window I saw the next bus (that I should be on) leaving the parking lot 13 minutes after I was deposited here. Obviously one bus is very late or the next very early or both - but this equals a huge inconvenience to me.
If they had scheduled times - awesome service.
If their bus tracking app actually worked - awesome service.
Sitting in the sun 100 feet from an attraction I would like to be enjoying but I can't because their timing can not be trusted.
I will not use them again.
EDIT: the bus I waited 55 minutes for went ONE STOP and told everyone to get off. The only reason I was on this bus was the 13 minute spacing between prior buses (did I mention their tracking doesn't work?)
Note to vendor: Fix tracking or stop advertising that you have tracking; it's a deceptive business practice.
